The Palm Islands

In the midst of the bustling city of dubai, a grand project has begun that will shape the world of luxury housing andestate development as we know it. The palm islands, The Palm Jumeirah, The Palm Jebel Ali and The Palm Deira, are set to be the  largest artifically man-made islands in the world (one of them larger than paris, the other larger than 800 football pitches.)

The point of these islands? Luxury Housing. Pure luxury. 
Palm Jumeirah itself will have 4000 luxury villas, 40 luxury hotels, cinemas, shopping centers, health spas, sport facilties, theme parks and access to water sports such as sucba diving.
Its the pinial in the breakthrough of estate development.

However, the 700,000 pound pricetag is a mouthful to swallow. But with stars like Beckham lining up to purchase these villas, why not?

There's also developments in Bali and here in Sepang.. however, pretty much miniscule is comparison.
