The Education Experience
I believe every willing student should go through the education experience, the full deal... esp in Uni when you're a freshman. But now we've got courses and programs that severely rob the education experience and i am speaking about online courses. Many universities now offer this 'opportunity' and consequently many students have found this a chance to avoid lecturers and to finish degrees faster. But probabaly we don't learn much from them and we don't get to have the experience of waking up for class and discussing with professors, something we might sorely miss in the future. If you're going to have online courses, let the 35 year old mums and senoir citizens who are keen on getting a degreee.
Another ridiculous program is a US degree program where its 4+0.... meaning that you take the entire course in Malaysia rather than US. I find this a little laughable, if you want a US degree.... go to US.....get a scholarship or something if u can't afford it.
